This CD-Text Plugin is only for Winamp versions below 5.31 required and works only with Winamp versions below 5.31. Since Winamp 5.31 the CD-Text support is without this plugin possible.

You can test Jentschi’s CD-Text plugin for an arbitrary long time. But the trailversion shows only the titles for the first three tracks of an Audio-CD. To receive a fully functional version you must register your plugin.

License terms and conditions

1. Jentschi's CD-Text plugin is shareware. All copyrights to Jentschi's CD-Text plugin are exclusively owned by the author Matthias Jentsch. Installing and using Jentschi's CD-Text plugin signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove Jentschi's CD-Text plugin from your storage devices and cease to use the product. Terms and conditions of the customer are applyed only when the licenser agreed with written permissions.
2. Anyone may use this software during an unlimited test period. During the test period Jentschi's CD-Text plugin has the following limitations:
a. The CD-Text of an Audio-CD is displayed only for the first three titles.
b. For the other titles of an Audio-CD the CD-Text is replaced with a license information.
Following this test period, if you wish to continue to use Jentschi's CD-Text plugin, you MUST register. The test period ends with an online registration by the user.
3. The user buy a single license for use of Jentschi's CD-Text plugin on ONE computer. The license can be ordered online on the website http://cdtextplugin.matthias-jentsch.de . There are NO additional license fees, apart from the cost of registration. A right of withdrawal is not granted, because the testversion is free and a further use of the software after the registration could not locked out.
4. The Jentschi's CD-Text plugin unregistered trial version may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified in any way.
a. No person or company may distribute separate parts of the package without written permission of the copyright owner.
b. The Jentschi's CD-Text plugin unregistered trial version may not be distributed inside of any other software package without written permission of the copyright owner.
c. Hacks/crack, keys or key generators may not be included on the same distribution.
5. During the test period no warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. After the test period the liability and warranty is restricted to intent and gross negligence. For disadvantages caused by slight negligence, the licenser is liable only for violation of responsibilities whose compilance is for the attainment of the contract use for especial importance (cardinal obligation). The licenser is liable only when the disadvantages are associated with the contract in a typical way and when the disadvantages are predictable. The licenser is not liable for consequential harm caused by a defect or loss of profit.
6. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license. For each violation a contract penalty of 50 euros must be payed. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by author.
7. The right of Federal Republic of Germany is applyed. Other national and international rights in particular the international buying right are not applyed, also when the customer order from abroad or when the licenser delivered to abroad. If the customer is a trader, a legal person of public law or public separate estate then the place of fulfilment and jurisdiction is Leipzig.
